• Through ACIBA, Dr. Charlie Q. Yang worked with ZTE Corporation, a leading global telecom equipment provider in 1997. In 1998, Dr. Charlie Q. Yang served as ZTE CEO adviser to facilitate its international partnership.
• US-based WI Harper Group selected Dr. Charlie Q. Yang of ACIBA to provide his advisory services for Datang Telecom Group and served as President and CEO of its subsidiary in facilitating the approval of 3G international wireless standards (TD-SCDMA).
• As an internationally known expert in early wireless and artificial intelligence technologies, Dr. Yang invented the architecture of first Mobile Payment System (Reference [1]) in 2000 and one of the Hybrid Architectures for Artificial Intelligence (Reference [2]) in 1990.

Datang Telecom

Dr. Charlie Q. Yang of ACIBA served for Datang Telecom Group as interim President and CEO of its 3G wireless subsidiary (also acted as CEO adviser to its U.S. based CWill Telecom) in facilitating ITU's 3G wireless standards (SCDMA and TD-SCDMA).

Siemens

Dr. Charlie Q. Yang of ACIBA identified Siemens as a network equipment partner for Datang Telecom Group to enable TD-SCDMA as a leading international 3G wireless standard. The standard was later adopted by China Mobile Telecom in China.
