We are based in Los Angeles, U.S.A. Since 1995, we have assisted smaller American companies developing Chinese market. In the meantime, we have also facilitated several Chinese corporations expanding U.S. markets and finding U.S. partners. The goal of ACIBA is to bring together professionals for successful U.S.-China business relationships.

Our History |
The history of ACIBA has its origin back to 1984 when a U.S. Fortune-500 company (Wang Laboratories) wanted to set the first oversea manufacturing facility in Shanghai, the founder of ACIBA, Dr. Charlie Q. Yang, was recruited by Wang Labs to work on establishing the early process for U.S. business entering Chinese market. In late 1990's, several Chinese corporations wanted to expand to U.S. and international markets, Dr. Charlie Q. Yang was sought to help facilitate the US-China business partnering process.
