Welcome to ACIBA, a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, U.S.A.
  • Since 1995, it has provided free-assistance to smaller American companies developing the Chinese market.
  • In the meantime, it has also facilitated several Chinese corporations expanding U.S. markets.
  • The goal of ACIBA is to bring together professionals for successful U.S.-China business relationships.
The history of ACIBA has its origin back to 1984 when a U.S. Fortune-500 company (Wang Laboratories) wanted to set its overseas manufacturing facility in Shanghai, the founder of ACIBA, Qing Yang (now known as Charlie Q. Yang), was recruited by Wang Labs to work on establishing the early China-US trade regulation and process for U.S. business entering Chinese market. ACIBA was a member of the Shanghai International Industry Friendship Association in 1995.

Note: This site serves as a partial record of some successful projects completed through ACIBA's networking channel.
